Has any of you noticed that in the New Play Control version of Pikmin 1 Olimar's body starts spinning when he is walking in a bridge? Odd..... Artwork of an Orange Bulborb.Snakeboss14Artwork of a Hairy Bulborb.

I don't have the game, but what do you mean, walking 'in' the bridge?GP

I mean, when you construct a bridge and walk over it to get to the other side, his body spins, but his head remains still. Twinmold.pngSnakeboss14Twinmold.png
That sounds...wrong. What, every time? I can't believe they'd have missed something like that.GP
Actually it is very strage, cause it happens almost all the time. I would like to make a video or take a photo to show you, but I can't. Twinmold.pngSnakeboss14Twinmold.png

Pikmin 3 bridge[edit]

Can someone get an image from the Pikmin 3 trailer when the Pikmin are building that new bridge? It would be highly appreciated. ~PikFan23

Raw Story Mode data for the fragments, with the most important information noted. Phineas81707 (talk) 01:28, 27 November 2015 (EST)

Nice! We really need this info on the article itself. — {EspyoT} 04:01, 27 November 2015 (EST)
Thanks. I noticed that there's also reference to the fact that a bridge's colour and length are directly correlated. After I've had a little time to rest, do you want me to check if each colour bridge actually does have the same number of tiles? Phineas81707 (talk) 04:19, 27 November 2015 (EST)
If that list is complete, then counting should be pretty simple. It'd be nice to know those numbers, for sure. But there's no rush. — {EspyoT} 06:28, 27 November 2015 (EST)

Split[edit]

Just like what happened with the gate article, I think that the bridge article should be split. I think these bridges are unique enough to deserve their own articles as they look different, they function differently, and I believe that there is a decent amount of information to say about each of the bridges. Again, like how the gate article does it, this article could give a brief summary of each bridge and mentioning some of the more unique bridges (such as the fragment pot in Pikmin 3, and that poison stick bridge in Pikmin 2. It would also mention the clay bridge, like how it does now.

There could be a stick bridge article (for both Pikmin and Pikmin 2), a fragment bridge article (for both Pikmin 3 and Hey! Pikmin, and a hay article (for just Pikmin 3). For the fragments, they could either be in the fragment bridge article, or have their own article. What do you think about this idea, and do you think the fragments should be in the fragment bridge article? Chazmatron, signing off! (TALK) 21:42, 27 February, 2025
