Once you arrive at the area with multiple platforms and a [[Mockiwi]] on top, go right and you will find another Mockiwi. Once it is killed, move to the [[Hydroe bramble]], but don't touch it, and use the [[jetpack]] to fly over it and collect the treasure. Fly back using the jetpack.
