==Goal==
The goal in Pikmin 3's Challenge Mode is to use the provided [[Pikmin (species)|Pikmin]] to collect as much fruit as possible on the map within a predefined amount of time. When fruit are hauled back to the Pod, their value will be converted to [[Poko]]s, and the player's scores will be based on how much total poko were earned. When enemies are defeated, addition pokos will be added to the score and more fruit will drop onto the stage.

When a level is complete, the play can watch a playback of the entire challenge where the camera is placed above the entire stage, showing icons to indicate the captains, fruits, enemies, and Pikmin.

Each type of fruite present within each of the levels has a different value and weight:
