The '''Goolix family''' is a family from {{p4}}. It has two members, which are both bosses. They are both blobs of substance that can stretch and have cores that the [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] should attack.

The Foolix is a boss from {{p4}} that disguises itself as a drop of [[nectar]] when it is actually an enormous creature. However, unlike the [[Goolix]], it attacks like the [[Mysterious Life-Form]] by trapping the [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] inside of it.

The Goolix is a boss that only appears in {{p1}} on odd-numbered days from day 9 (the player will encounter the [[Mamuta]] on even-numbered days from day 8 instead). It attacks by drowning [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] that touches it, therefore, [[Blue Pikmin]] are immune to it.

== Naming ==
The name of the family comes from the [[Goolix]], which came from the word goo.
