There are some minor organizations mentioned in the Pikmin series. Because some of these are only briefly mentioned, little is known about them, such as their name.

Pilot Union[edit]

Pilot Union is an organization mentioned in Olimar's voyage log in Pikmin. He compares his boss, the head of the Pilot Union, to his own leadership over the Pikmin.[1] Little is known about the union, as Pikmin 2 introduces Hocotate Freight as Olimar's workplace, and the President of Hocotate Freight as his boss.

Happy Hocotate Savings & Loan[edit]

Happy Hocotate Savings & Loan is a company from which the President of Hocotate Freight attempts to take out a loan in Pikmin 2 to cover for the lost shipment of golden Pikpik carrots.

Hocotate Whiz is named in one of 5 spam mails in Pikmin 2. According to the mail, it specializes in helping Hocotatians change jobs. In the Nintendo GameCube version, a link is provided to http://www.nintendo.com in North America, http://pikmin2.nintendo.co.uk in Europe, and http://nintendo.jp/p/ in Japan.[2]

Hocotate radio station[edit]

A Hocotate radio station is mentioned by one of 5 spam mails in the the Nintendo Switch version of Pikmin 2, as well as all Japanese versions.[3]

Kamito Space Suit Emporium[edit]

Kamito Space Suit Emporium is a spacesuit brand mentioned in Pikmin 3 (where it is known as "Star Bazaar") and Pikmin 4. It is said to have several locations around the galaxy.[5] The Koppaites and Hocotatians in Pikmin 3, as well as Yorke in Pikmin 4, are mentioned to wear spacesuits from the emporium. According to the Japanese Pikmin Garden website, the spacesuits worn by the S.S. Drake's crew are the brand's latest model, and allow the wearer to be safely thrown due to their durability and light weight. Kamito Space Suit Emporium's name comes from From the address of Nintendo's Japanese headquarters: 11-1 Kamitoba Hokotate-cho.

Alayon Academy[edit]

Alayon Academy is a school on Neechki mentioned in Pikmin 4. Sheeba, Keesh and Kaia are students of the academy, and the only known teacher is Mika. All three known students are also members of the Planetary Science Club founded by Sheeba. Alayon Academy's name comes from the Play-Yan.

Interstellar Federation[edit]

The Interstellar Federation is mentioned in Pikmin 4. Chet explains that it sent his research task force to investigate PNF-404, primarily the natural resources and hypothetical living conditions on the planet.[6] According to Chet's reports on the Japanese Pikmin Garden website, many planets belong to the Interstellar Federation. This may include all planets inhabited by the humanoid characters in the series.

Interstellar Land-Use Office[edit]

The Interstellar Land-Use Office is a bureau mentioned in Pikmin 4. Kayz, assistant to the real estate agent Chowder, is preparing documents to show to the office so that Tulbo Real Estate can claim legal rights to the land on PNF-404.

Satella Travel is a travel agency mentioned in Pikmin 4. Chewy and Santi work for Satella Travel as a travel agent and freelance pilot, respectively. Its name comes from the Satellaview.
