The '''Arboreal Frippery (イチコロダオレ)''' is a treasure found in ''[[Pikmin 2]]''. In the PAL version, the Arboreal Frippery is actually a red leaf from a [[Wikipedia:Maple tree|Japanese maple tree]]. In the NTSC version of the game, it bears resemblance to a leaf from a Marijuana plant. However, one can easily argue that it could be a ''green'' leaf from a Japanese maple tree. It is suggested that it is a Marijuana leaf in the Japanese version, but Nintendo of America removed this in American version, most likely to avoid any problems.

It is actually a leaf from a {{w|Maple tree|Japanese maple tree}}, although it is easily confused with a {{w|Marijuana|marijuana}} leaf. It is tied with several treasures for the least amount of [[Pokos]] it's worth.
 
In the Japanese [[Region|version]], [[Olimar's journal]] entry states that the treasure has a strong sleep-inducing effect, and states that he might want to try it some day, as he has not been able to sleep well recently. The journal and the [[sales pitch]] also denote that the wrong amount of it can lead to "eternal sleep", with the ship calling it a "dangerous drug". These notes were slightly altered in [[Pikmin 2 (Nintendo Switch)|the Switch port]]. Its name in the Japanese version means "One-hit Death".
 
The leaf is red in the European version, as well all regions of the Switch port, presumably to drive away the comparison to marijuana. The Arboreal Frippery is found in [[Sublevel]] 4 of the [[Shower Room]], which is a large, calm area with only harmless [[Unmarked Spectralids]] and two [[Queen Candypop Bud]]s. The water is too shallow to drown Pikmin, so it can be crossed with any type of Pikmin. The treasure is in a pipe, so the [[Treasure Gauge]] can be used to find the correct pipe. Since it weighs only one unit, [[throw]]ing a single [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] at it should easily transport the treasure back to the [[Hocotate ship#Research Pod|Ship's Pod]] in a hasty manner.

Users are also warned not to overdose, as it may cause death.
