My favorite Bosses are: (Pikmin 1)Beady Long Legs and Armored Cannon Beetle (not the Emperor, due to his giant jump) (Pikmin 2)Raging Long Legs, Man at Legs, Titan Dweevil and the Giant Breadbug.

I have completed both Pikmin games and I am looking forward to Pikmin 3.
