The Glow Seed is an item introduced in Pikmin 4. It can spawn 1 Glow Pikmin when used, and can only be used on Night Expeditions or caves. You get 1 Glow Seed for each 5 Glow Pikmin propagated- this includes both the starting Glow Pikmin as well as Glow Pikmin created by Glow Seeds themselves. Glow Seeds can only be used if there are not already 100 Pikmin on the field.
Locations
Glow Seeds are added to the player's inventory at the end of a Night Expedition, or automatically if acquired in a cave.
