The Memory Fragment is lying on a tin can on the right side of Sublevel 4 of the Subterranean Swarm in the Primordial Thicket. It is guarded by a Flighty Joustmite and several Shearwigs, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 2 Pikmin at it.
