2023 St. Patrick's Day

An event celebrating St. Patrick's Day will be held from March 1^st to March 31^st, 2023. The event is divided into two parts; the first part starts on March 1^st, and the second part on March 17^th.

In the first part:

• A set of limited-time missions are available, clearing each one unlocks a Golden Seedling with "Clover" or "Four-Leaf Clover" Decor. These Golden Seedlings can grow into any color of Pikmin.
• Every third Golden Seedling obtained from this set of missions is guaranteed to be a "Four-Leaf Clover" Decor Pikmin.
• Golden Seedlings can also be unlocked by clearing a weekly challenge between March 6^th and April 2^nd, and can grow into any color of Pikmin with "Clover" or "Four-Leaf Clover" Decor.
• St. Patrick’s-themed Mii apparel will be added to the shop at the start of the event, and removed at the end of the event.
• All postcards obtained during the event feature a special St. Patrick's Day background and stamp design.

In the second part:

• All mushrooms are turned into St. Patrick's-themed mushrooms. They are green with white spots and only appear normal-sized. Only "Clover" Decor Pikmin can be used to attack these mushrooms, and "Four-Leaf Clover" Decor Pikmin have a higher attack power than standard "Clover" Decor Pikmin.
• A new set of limited-time missions are introduced and focus on destroying these mushrooms. Completing each mission gives a Golden Seedling for any color of Pikmin with "Clover" or "Four-Leaf Clover" Decor.
• Every third Golden Seedling obtained from this set of missions is guaranteed to be a "Four-Leaf Clover" Decor Pikmin.
• These missions can be attempted alongside the limited-time missions in the first part.
