There are a few planets in Pikmin 3 that aren't mentioned and are only seen in the game's opening scene, when the SPEROs are shown searching for food, and the planets besides PNF-404 turn out to have nothing. They are purely aesthetic, and don't appear or are mentioned anywhere else in the game or series.

Asteroid planet
This planet is quite curved and is shaped similarly to a potato. This may suggest that it is quite small, as small planets in real life often develop strange shapes because of a lack of gravity.
