While playing Pikmin 3, I bumped into two instances of quotes concerning Charlie that I feel needed to be addressed in some manner: there are parts of his script that are empty. When Charlie has to comment on the Firebreathing Feast (while the boss fruits are being carried to base, leaders can say something about them if they walk close to them), his portrait appears, but no text does. The same thing happens in the instance where Alph first meets a Red Bulborb, though I have no idea how that happened casually. Phineas81707 (talk) 08:39, 24 November 2015 (EST)

How weird. What version is this? Australian, I'm guessing? Also does the Alph thing happen every time? — {EspyoT} 09:43, 24 November 2015 (EST)
Yep, Australian. And no, this is the first time that the Red Bulborb thing happened, so I have no idea how it came about. The Firebreathing Feast one should be easy to check (just wait until a later day to pick it up), but that other one's probably going to be a one time thing. If it helps, I was playing using Stylus controls. It's not like it should be much of a surprise, though: you're not intended to have Charlie at that point in the game. Well, if this problem happens a lot, it doesn't seem to be the script's fault. I checked the files, and there's no script that ONLY shows a character's icon. I mean, all bits of script that show a character icons also have text. Doesn't look like a mistake somebody made while writing the script then. Meaning that it's a glitch. I guess the Charlie one is understandable, because of what you said. But the Alph one is pretty weird... — {EspyoT} 10:41, 24 November 2015 (EST)
The Alph one is identical to the Firebreathing Feast situation: Charlie is required to make a comment that the script-writers simply didn't write a comment for him to say. What makes me confused is how I managed to get anyone to say anything in the first place. The exact prompt is supposed to happen on Day 2 only, but I got it to happen on Day 9 while chasing Louie.
