Bacopa Cabana
This page is part of the merge with Pikmin Wiki, and needs resolving. Please bear with us as we do so. Before the import, this subject had a page both on Pikipedia and Pikmin Wiki. You are currently reading the Pikipedia version, and the Pikmin Wiki version can be found here. Both versions need to be manually merged together and placed on the current page. At Pikmin Wiki, this page was called "Sutera cordata", which is likely different from the current title. It might make sense to rename this page. |
Bacopa Cabana, also known as The Pikmin Flower, is a cultivated species of flower named after the Pikmin series and bred with the intention of using it to market the first game.[1] Nintendo announced the impending creation of the flower through an agreement with S&G Flowers USA in late 2001, and it became commercially available in April the following year, five months after the release of the game. The full press release can be found here. The flower is now quite rare, with the late release of Pikmin 3 causing it to fall out of popularity.
