Happy Hocotate Savings and Loan is a company in which the President attempted to take out a loan in to cover for the lost shipment of Golden Pikpik Carrots. It was later revealed in one of his letters to Olimar that he instead accidentally took out a loan from the All-Devouring Black Hole Loan Sharks, thus creating the enormous debt that Olimar and Louie were sent to pay off.
