The Memorial Shell is a treasure in Pikmin 2, it is actually the bottom half of a scallop shell, with a small bump, possibly a pearl of some sort forming. It is found on Sublevel 3 of the Citadel of Spiders, and is completely buried in the ground, so you'll need White Pikmin for the job. Other Pikmin can be used to remove the enemies that will get in your way.
