The Mysterious Life Form is a blob of plasm that is one of the forms of the Plasm Wraith. It follows Brittany, or whoever is guiding the Pikmin carrying Olimar through the labyrinth of a cave at the Formidable Oak. Once Olimar is outside, it reverts to the Plasm Wraith.
