You should take about 50 Pikmin in here. 100 is too much, and they make it so it's hard to avoid things. But lower than 50 is too little; The Man-At-Legs will annihilate your Pikmin. SO 50 is perfect. User:Fly Guy 2
...or you could leave the other 50 somewhere where the MAL can't get them... IAMAHIPO_ocolor 00:59, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
That's not what I said. I said 100 is hard because it's too much; It's incredibly aggrivating on no-death runs, and it's hard to keep track of them or avoid anything. This Complex would be a Dead Pikmin Graveyard. And less than 50 is just as hard; The MAL would PWN them all. This is from experience. User:Fly Guy 2 *coughIgotpwnedbyitcough*
- Actually, I find that a small group of, say, 20 is best for fighting the MAL. And I never really ever take anything approaching 100 into any cave, just loads of purples and enough blues for any treasure there could be across water.GP
- I take 100 pikmin into every cave. I still had 100 by the time I reached Man-at-Legs. I'd lost about six along the way. JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 15:55, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
I'd hide my pikmin behind the wall.Thegloober216 14:56, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
Images
This article really needs a pic. I seem to recall seeing somewhere a rule saying each cave article should have at least one picture. Loafy the Breadbug
- The problem with cave images is that caves are generated randomly. Although I think most cave articles have a picture. I'll just add {{Image}} to the page. {EspyoT} 08:35, 18 April 2011 (EDT)
The other caves that need them are: Frontier Cavern, Submerged Castle and Hole of Heroes. Loafy the Breadbug
Do you think this File:146.jpg would be suitable for Hole of Heroes, but in a larger size? I got it from the Raging Long Legs page. Loafy the Breadbug
