The Devil's Portrait is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is actually a joker playing card depicting a jester hold a grinning star on one hand and a scepter on the other. Like the Deity's Portrait, it is found in Dream Home but isn't useful to open the safe. As all the cards from the Collection Obsession Series are placed on the ground with only the back visible, the Devil's Portrait act as a red herring trying to fool the player into thinking it is one of the cards used to open the safe.

Collecting the treasure

The following article or section contains guides.
The strategies shown are just suggestions.

The Devil's Portrait is lying on a platform in the southwest of sublevel 1 of the Dream Home. It is guarded by a Miniature Snootwhacker, which should be defeated before attempting to collect this treasure, although it is not strictly necessary. To collect this treasure, you must throw 1 Pikmin at it.

Notes

Schnauz's notes

What an unsettling portrait! Just look at that devilish face, not to mention that clown-like getup...and that odd grin! What IS he up to? No good, I say! No, there's nothing more unnerving than when someone smiles at you... and you aren't sure why.

Olimar's notes

Does true evil really exist? I can't say for sure, but I have seen a smile like this before. It often graces the face of the president of Hocotate Freight, usually when he's asking me to work overtime...unpaid. Hmm... So I guess I can confirm that true evil exists.

Louie's notes

I like the look of this character. Seems like a fun companion.
