The Belted Delicacy is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is a piece of egg sushi.
Collecting the treasure
The following article or section contains guides. |
There are two Belted Delicacies on a platform near the center of sublevel 2 of the Subterranean Swarm. To collect them, you must throw 5 Pikmin at each treasure. The nearby Shearfleas and Armored Cannon Larvae need to be dealt with first.
Notes
Schnauz's notes
“This food item looks for all the world like it's wearing a belt around its middle. Fashion choices aside, it tastes like heaven! The yellow part— whatever it may be—is surprisingly sweet and delicious. Maybe more of our foodstuffs should wear a belt?”
Olimar's notes
“I understand the white granular parts on the bottom to be fish eggs. One time when I went fishing with my son, we caught a fish who was carrying eggs like these. It was a revelatory moment for him to see how life can differ from species to species.”
Louie's notes
“A more sophisticated palette will appreciate the notes of umami in the yellow sponge-like layer.”
