Leaders are playable characters able to command the Pikmin. Captain Olimar was the only player-controlled character in Pikmin. Pikmin 2 brought two new leaders, Louie and the President. Pikmin 3 also brought three new leaders to the roster, Alph, Brittany, and Captain Charlie.
