The Iridescent Flint Beetle is an enemy in the Pikmin games.
These enemies cannot be killed, but they aren't meant to be. The only way to "hurt" it is to throw Pikmin on it. It usually drops pellets and, in Pikmin 2, sprays. After 3 hits, it will vanish. If it's left out for about 45 seconds, it will vanish on its own.
