Notes

Hey! Pikmin logs

I can tell by this unknown creature's eyes that it's a collector like me. When I was younger, I kept collections of all kinds of things: colorful leaves, special rocks, interesting bugs... I guess nowadays, I mainly collect ship parts and Sparklium. Not as a hobby or anything, but just to survive. I miss those carefree days...

Trivia

  • Olimar's assumption of the statue being of a "collector" is accurate to Blathers' role in the Animal Crossing series, as he runs your town's museums.
    • The things Olimar collected in his youth also parallel the things you can collect in Animal Crossing: colorful leaves (items in Animal Crossing as shaped like leaves and can change color when the items are edited), special rocks (a possible reference to fossils or gems), and interesting bugs (bugs are a major collectable in the series).
