It is found on the last (7) sublevel of the Bulblax Kingdom, and is inside the body of an Emperor Bulblax. When you get this item, you are also granted the ability of the Scorch Guard. This piece is very similar to the Justice Alloy, because it is also a toy robot torso, and also gives you a special armor.
