The Flare Cannon is a treasure in Pikmin 2. It looks like a device that has thin wires that emit fire, and it also has a large nozzle on its front as well. It is found on the last (14) sublevel of the Dream Den, and is held by the powerful Titan Dweevil, and must be knocked off by dealing enough damage. This is one of the five treasures that are tied for 2nd in their value.
