This creature sucks people up and digests them within itself. It is possible that it is based on the Starfish, which spits out it's stomach, envelops it's food, then sucks it back in. While disgusting, it is a fascinating idea.Pikdude 21:12, December 20, 2009 (UTC)

Captain Killing Methods

Is it true that by the process explained in the article on how to attack a LSJ, you can attack it? It seems kind of speculative... ~PikFan23

Yeah, I always found this a bit weird. You can't punch while being grabbed by a BS. Maybe only when you drop down after it lets go, but even then I think you enter some kind of "helpless" mode where you can't attack (Smash lingo) until you flop on the ground. — {Espyo^T} 07:17, 21 July 2012 (EDT)

Singing Jellyfloat

What is that song that the Lesser Spotted Jellyfloat sings? I can hear it, but what is it supposed to be? Is it a new song, or has it appeared somewhere else before? Is there anyone that can find out? If anyone finds out, please tell me. — Mariotime315 ^{Let's-a go!}

Behavior in Pikmin 4

While experimenting in the Piklopedia, the Pikmin inside of the enemy won't die. Unless it takes them more then 5 minutes to kill a Pikmin, this is now a harmless enemy.

I also discovered that this creature and it's bigger version won't suck up your last Pikmin, they simply bounces off. CrazyPikmin (My Edits) 10:31, August 15, 2023 (EDT)
