This template writes down license information for a file, depending on the parameter passed. It also categorizes the page according to the license, unless the nocat parameter is provided. Valid value for the first parameter are:

• screenshot: A screenshot.
• concept: A piece of concept art.
• texture: An in-game texture.
• boxart: A piece of box art.
• logo: A logo.
• icon: An icon.
• audio: A snippet of audio.
• cc-a2.5: CC-Attribution 2.5. Optionally, add the attribution with parameter 2.
• cc-a-sa3.0: CC-Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. Optionally, add the attribution with parameter 2.
• pd: Public domain file.
• fairuse: A file being used under fair use. Optionally, add the copyright holder with parameter 2.
• user: An user-made file where licensing information was not given.
• unknown: No license given.
