Twigs are obstacles found in Pikmin 1 that require Pikmin to build up them to climb up them, similar to verticle Bridges that Captain Olimar cannot cross. Pikmin carrying treasures, and yellow Pikmin carrying Bomb Rocks, also cannot climb them. Sheargrubs cannot destroy them, although they are leveled after sundown. They are found in every level in Pikmin except The Forest of Hope and The Final Trial. Twigs are also absent in Pikmin 2.
