The Repugnant Appendage is a treasure in Pikmin 2, it is really a punk dirty shoe with a velcro strap. It has a on it. It is found on the last (8) sublevel of the Frontier Cavern, and is held by an Empress Bulblax that gives birth to offspring, the infamous vermin known as Bulborb Larvae. When retrieved, it unlocks the Rush Boots, special footware allowing you to run much faster, so fast, only flowered White Pikmin can catch up.
