Forum:Signature
I still don't know how to create my own sig :(. Someone please tell me how? IAMAHIPO ocolor 01:22, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Easy, just look at mine and see what I did. Mcoolister T, C, R
Create a subpage to your userpage called User:IAMAHIPO ocolor/sig and put whatever you want in there. Then create a second subpage called User:User:IAMAHIPO ocolor/sig2, and on that page, put the text {{User:User:IAMAHIPO ocolor/sig}}. Lastly, go to ''my preferences'' and in the ''Nickname'' field, put <nowiki>{{SUBST:user:IAMAHIPO ocolor/sig2}}. Then just use ~~~~ to sign your posts. That's how mine is done, as well as Greenpickle's. For ideas on what kinds of things to put into your signature, take a look at other peoples'.
Yah, but I don't know how to do html :( heres my idea: IAMAHIP plain. O_o bolded. c-red o-yellow l-blue o-purple r- grayish-white. no bg color. Can anyone tell me the coding for this? IAMAHIPO ocolor 04:32, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- <span style="color:Black">IAMAHIP</span><b>O o</b><span style="color:Red">c</span><span style="color:Yellow">o</span><span style="color:Blue">l</span><span style="color:Purple">o</span><span style="color:Grey">r</span>
- Makes:
IAMAHIPO ocolor
- That's... Quite a sig.--Prezintenden

Now, how do I make it so it goes to a link of my page? IAMAHIPO_ocolor 19:59, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- Just stick the whole thing in between brackets. IAMAHIPO_ocolor. Or break it up between your user and talk pages, or even your contribution page. By the way, the yellow is a bit harsh against a white background. Try using a hex color to darken it a bit, like... o or something. —Jimbo Jambo
whew, after like 10 tries, and no experience with html, I got it :D thanks to everyone guys.
