Possible Reason of Infernal Vegetable Mistake

In Japanese, both bell pepper and tomato is "野菜?"(≈"vegetable"). "野菜" means edible plants which can be harvestable within a year. (e.x. cabbage, carrot, spinach, lettuce, onion, artichoke, tomato, bell pepper, strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, cantaloupe) That's too strange, don't you think so? -PortableSunset (talk) 07:40, March 13, 2021 (EST)

Split

In my opinion, we should split the article into generic mistakes and biological mistakes/lore/anomalies since these are often connected Super-mario (talk) 09:58, August 15, 2024 (EDT)

I don't think a split would be necessary; biological mistakes are a subset of more general mistakes, as they're essentially mistranslations or just simple accidents, and lore loopholes and the like aren't really on this page. Sure, it mentions some inconsistencies, but I wouldn't consider those lore. It doesn't mention, at least, to my knowledge, the discrepancies between the numbered games and Hey! Pikmin, for example, which is what I'd consider more lore-related. I'll bring this up in the server to get more opinions, but I personally don't think we need a split.
