Spectralids

The following enemies from Pikmin 2 and Pikmin 3 are butterfly-like enemies called Spectralids or Spectralid.

• Flitterbie family:
  •  Unmarked Spectralids: an unidentified Spectralids that drops different nectars depending on colors and apperars in large groups in Pikmin 2.
• Flutterbie family:
  •  Red Spectralids: a Spectralids in Pikmin 3 that drops ultra-spicy nectar when defeated.
  •  White Spectralids: a Spectralids in Pikmin 3 that drops nothing when defeated.
  •  Yellow Spectralids: a Spectralids in Pikmin 3 that drops nectar when defeated.
• Floaterbie family:
  •  Electric Spectralid: a harmful Spectralid in Hey! Pikmin that attacks using electricity.

In addition, some unknown creatures that are very likely Spectralids appear in cutscenes in Hey! Pikmin, as described here.
