S.S. Dolphin

The S.S. Dolphin collides with the comet.

The S.S. Dolphin was the personal delivery ship that belonged to Captain Olimar. It was wrecked when it crashed into a comet during a flight to a vacation spot and 30 of its pieces were scattered. Creatures called Pikmin were able to help Captain Olimar retrieve 30 pieces in 30 days or less. After Olimar blasted off the planet, the S.S. Dolphin was sold to pay the Hocotate Freight Company's debt.

Trivia

• The S.S. Dolphin's name is a reference to the GameCube's development codename, the Dolphin.

-The S.S. Dolphin appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. When Olimar uses his Final Smash, he hops in the S.S. Dolphin while Bulborbs increases damage on his opponents. Olimar then crashes down back on the stage, sometimes hitting his opponents. This is called "End of Day".
