The Twilight River is the third stage visited in Pikmin 3. It can be visited once Captain Charlie has been retrieved.

The Twilight River is lined with waterways that can be travelled via drifting lillypads. It also harbors the Winged Pikmin; the Pink Onion is stuck in an Arachnode web. The Scornet Maestro has taken Louie and can be found on top of a tree stump deep in the map. It's likely that the river might be runoff of the amazon river, due to the fact that the twilight river is in present day south america. However the species of plants found there don't match.
