in perplexing pool walk right and throw some pikmin at the wall use "c" to let them walk to the bridge and wait for 20 seconds is this a shortcut??

No this is not a shortcut. It is the only way to get to the Shower Room before you drain the lake. Also sign your post with four tildes(~) next time like everyone else does.
