At the end of the section where Olimar rides the two Centipares, as they begin flying upwards, the treasure is found resting on a perch. You will need to throw enough Pikmin to carry it, or you could use the jetpack to fly over to the treasure, collect it, and wait for the next Centipares to arrive.
