The Telekinesis Detector is on a ledge at the far east of sublevel 2 of the Ultimate Testing Range. It is guarded by a Miniature Snootwhacker and a Withering Blowhog, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 10 Winged Pikmin towards it, as they are the only type that can carry it to the S.S. Beagle due to the layout of the terrain.
Notes
Schnauz's notes
“Do you believe in psychic powers? You will once you observe this device's uncanny behavior. That is, it vibrates all on its own! Surely this is proof that telekinesis—or yes, even psychokinesis—exist. Gaaah! Did it just vibrate again?!”
Olimar's notes
“This machine is equipped with an advanced vibration feature. The vibrations seem to be communicating in a vacuum, perhaps trying to reach out to its corresponding system, which has likely been lost to time. Who knows what the machine is trying to say, but it's telling me something about the sadness of abandoned technology.”
Louie's notes
“Makes for a great back massager.”
