There are three Disks of Joyous Wisdom in the northeastern corner of sublevel 4 of the Plunder Palace, along with a Disk of Surprising Wisdom, atop a table. A Waddlequaff is nearby, so it will likely swallow most, if not all, of the treasures by the time you get to it. To reach it, you must first change the airstreams via the button in the northwest of the sublevel. Then, send Oatchi across to push down the climbing rope.
