The Cushion Cake is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is actually a waffle with a sugar-like powder on it.
Collecting the treasure
The following article or section contains guides. |
The Cushion Cake is on top of a cylindrical pillar in the northwestern room of sublevel 1 of the Frozen Inferno. It is guarded by two Pyroclasmic Slooches, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must first knock it down with a rush from Oatchi, then throw 7 Pikmin at it.
Notes
Schnauz's notes
“Did you know this lumpy cake doubles as a cushion? What a clever idea, no? It's just the right amount of softness and firmness for sitting on. And when you grow hungry, you just take a bite. What a sweet treat it is too! Who knew a cushion could be so satisfying?”
Olimar's notes
“I nap in the pilot's seat sometimes, but a cushion like this would be a great alternative. The only weird part is that it's edible. Does that mean something or someone could eat it right out from under you? That's a major drawback.”
Louie's notes
“For eating, drinking, and napping! Just set it on the ground, fill the pockets with juice, lay down, and enjoy.”
