It is inside of a large hydro jelly on the central northern part of the Serene Shores, meaning Ice Pikmin are required to collect it. It is guarded by two Pricklepuffs, who should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you can either swim to it with Oatchi, or drain the lake by having Blue Pikmin attack the mound of sand at the center. Then you must burst the hydro jelly and throw 3 Pikmin at the treasure.
