The Ancient Statue Head (Ms. ドグー?, lit.: "Ms. Dogu") is a treasure from Pikmin 4. It is the head of a Shakōkidogū statue and can be found on the sixth sublevel of the Kingdom of Beasts.
Collecting the treasure
The following article or section contains guides. |
The Ancient Statue Head is located on the sixth sublevel of the Kingdom of Beasts and can only be accessed after defeating the two Emperor Bulblaxes in the arena. The area is a reused layout from Pikmin 2 from the last sublevel of the Bulblax Kingdom with the treasure located in the exact same place as the Gyroid Bust was. It is recommended to have Red Pikmin to destroy the fire geysers around the area before carrying the treasure back. The player must throw up at least 12 Pikmin up on the ledge, walk up a slope covered in fire geysers, and throw those Pikmin onto another ledge with the treasure on it. If the player has not bought the Scorch Guard for either themselves or Oatchi, then they can ride on Oatchi through the water with some Red Pikmin to destroy the fire geysers on the slope leading up to the treasure.
Notes
Schnauz's notes
"On Hocotate, the Ancient Statue Head is almost as popular as the Gyroid Bust. With her cool goggles and dramatic personality, this statue oozes a mysterious aura, so the competition between the two makes sense. But what's even more mysterious is this figure's missing body!"
Olimar's Notes
"This looks a lot like a figure my son learned about in school. I've always wondered why she wears goggles. What does she have to hide? Maybe a secret past with another ancient statue floating around out there... I look forward to discussing this theory with my son."
Louie’s Notes
"There's no way I'd win a staring contest against her."
