Collecting the treasure

The Don't-See-It-Specs are inside of the Sovereign Bulblax at the center of Sublevel 18 of the Cavern for a King in the Primordial Thicket. To collect this treasure, you must first defeat the Sovereign Bulblax, then throw 12 Blue Pikmin at it, or use 50 Ice Pikmin to freeze the nearby water and throw 12 Pikmin at it.
