The Jiggle-Jiggle is inside of the large safe near the center of Sublevel 1 of the Dream Home in the Giant's Hearth. To collect this treasure, you will need to open the safe by entering the combination indicated by the Love Emblem, Money Emblem, and Work Emblem. Then once it's open, throw at least 10 Pikmin or have Oatchi drag it to the S.S. Beagle, provided that you maxed out his Buff skill before entering the cave.
