Collecting the treasure
The following article or section contains guides. |
You can find the treasure in Primordial Thicket. It is behind some Iron Bars and requires 1000 Pikmin to carry, the carrying capacity of 100 Purple Pikmin. Due to the area being blocked by bars, Oatchi is unable to help you carry it back, so you must grow the 100 Purple Pikmin to bring it back to the S.S. Beagle.

Trivia
- This treasure is very similar to the Doomsday Apparatus from Pikmin 2, which also required 100 Purple Pikmin to carry its 1000 pikmin weight.
- Unlike the Doomsday Apparatus, the player can easily grow more Purple Pikmin above ground after obtaining their onion from the Trial of the Sage Leaf, as well as use Oatchi's max Buff to carry with the strength of 100 Pikmin alone (equal to 10 Purple Pikmin).
- Because this treasure weighs 1 kilogram and requires the strength of 1000 Pikmin to carry, it means that 1 Pikmin can lift the weight of 1 gram.
