The Refreshing Goo (メモリアル・ブルー?, lit.: "Memorial Blue") is a treasure in Pikmin 4 located in the Last-Frost Cavern. It is actually a tube of light blue acrylic paint.
Collecting the treasure
The Refreshing Goo is hidden under some leaves near the Hydro Jelly inside of the first and only sublevel of the Last-Frost Cavern.
