A special Valentine's Day event, similar in style to a Community Day, occurred on {{date|14|February|2022}}. It was themed around hearts and roses, common symbols of romance. Bonuses include:

*[[Friendship]] gain from feeding Pikmin [[nectar]] was doubled (does not apply to special nectar).

A special event themed around {{w|Halloween}} was held from {{date|14|October}} to {{date|31|October|2022}}. This event added the "Jack-o'-lantern" type of [[Decor Pikmin#Jack-o'-lantern|Decor Pikmin]], which has 7 varieties, one for each type of Pikmin. *A special event [[Decor Pikmin#First Anniversary Snack|Decor Pikmin]] wearing First Anniversary Snack decor was added to the game for all seven Pikmin types.

*Pikmin with these costumes could be grown from [[Golden Seedling]]s earned in limited time missions. There were a total of 20 missions with each requiring a basic task to complete, and each mission is unlocked after completing the previous one.

*From {{date|15|November}}, three new [[Badge (Pikmin Bloom)|special badges]] were available, each featuring one of the [[leader]]s in ''Pikmin 3''. These were obtainable by completing special missions focused on the total number of steps taken, and were available until {{date|9|December|2022}}.

*From {{date|28|November}}, three types of special [[Decor Pikmin#Koppaite Space Suit|Decor Pikmin]] wearing the "Koppaite Space Suit" costume were added: a [[Blue Pikmin]] wearing [[Alph]]'s costume, a [[Red Pikmin]] wearing [[Brittany]]'s costume, and a [[Yellow Pikmin]] wearing [[Charlie]]'s costume. These Pikmin were grown from Golden Seedlings obtained from special event missions regarding flower planting, which were available until {{date|9|December|2022}}.

====2023 Glasses Decor Pikmin====

*Special [[Huge Seedling]]s will appear, marked with the {{icon|Special|l=|c=invert}} Special Decor icon. Walking 10,000 steps will grant a Pikmin wearing [[Decor Pikmin#2023 Glasses|2023 Glasses Decor]].

*Matching 2023 Glasses for [[Mii|Miis]] were added to the [[Shop]] at the start of the event, and were removed at the end of the event. Purchasing a set of eyewear also includes a bonus mission that is only available through this purchase.

*Clearing the bonus mission awards the player with a Golden Seedling for 2023 Glasses Decor Pikmin, whose color corresponds to the Pikmin wearing the glasses that match.

*If the bonus mission is not cleared by {{date|30|April|2023}}, it will automatically expire.

*Both seedling types can grow into 2023 Glasses Decor Pikmin after the event ends, and both seedling types can be held in seedling storage or the Planter Pack at the same time, but only one Huge Seedling can be held at a time.
