:::::I always thought that Louie says "Olimar... uh, ...Olimar?" as though trying to get his attention. You can hear little radio blips right before he says this so I inferred that he's trying to ask Olimar about some message he just received or something his spacesuit is telling him. Olimar and the President do this as well when their spacesuits make noises, although not specifically saying their partners' names since their partners were subject to change. This seems to stand alone for me; I didn't really think this quote of Louie's was a reference to Luigi. Whenever Luigi calls for Mario in Luigi's Mansion he only calls his name only once, and in the Mario & Luigi/Paper Mario series he has ''very'' little if any audio dialogue, even if he has spoken text boxes. ::::::I'm Pretty sure he says that at one point. The are ''SO'' '''MANY''' references to Luigi(even without video games). Have you every looked up Do the Flop (song) on the Internet? Well, the guy that points is a reference to Luigi.
