The Professional Noisemaker is a giant red megaphone. This treasure is found on the last (5) sublevel of the Submerged Castle, and is held by a voracious Waterwraith. When you retrieve this treasure, you'll unlock the Pluckaphone, allowing you to pull Pikmin from the ground by a blow of the whistle.
