The King of Sweets is a treasure in Pikmin 2, it is actually a piece of regular chocolate, wrapped in a very formal piece of paper. It is found on Sublevel 4 of the Citadel of Spiders, and is held by one of the Hermit Crawmads in the area. You may need to deal with some Water Dumples as well though, so as to secure a path for the Pikmin.
