'''Story:''' Day 1: Ok so this takes place BEFORE Pikmin 1 and PNF-404 was never discovered. A ship is just flying in space one day when BOOM it crashes into a meteorite and the main engine flys off, but luckily the ship is still intact. But unluckily, the three captains go FLYING into the mystery planet. 
'''Story:''' After the intrepid explorers complete their mission, the residents of Koppai, were delighted to hear the storys told of the wonderful place called PNF-404. So much, in fact, that the president of Koppai order an expencive trip to the place, with all you can eat fruit buffets, awesome senery, and wonderous wildlife. After Alph declined the offer, three captains, Xavier, Jen, and Mike, offer to lead a group of 22 tourists to the planet, including the president.


The three main captains are Xavier, Mike, and Jen. Xavier flys into a pre-Forest of hope kind of thing, Mike gets unlucky (he's the clumsy one) and lands in a cave, and Jen falls into a stump.
However, this victory was not short lived. Just as they were about to land, a metor hit the spaceship so hard, that all the tourists, and the main engine, are sent hurtling into the planet! Objective: Collect the tourists, fruit, and the main engine! 
 
(Faraway Mountain)Xavier lands on top of a ice covered puddle (where you find the blue pikmin in Pikmin 2). He stumbles around for a bit until he sees a Red PIkmin trying to destroy a pellet posy. He approaches the pikmin and the pikmin attacks him. After a humorous cutsene, Xavier uses the whisle to get the attention of the red pikmin. It finally works and the red pikmin obays him.

After the tutorial, Xavier discovers a cave (where you enter the snagret den). Inside is his ship and a sunseed berry! Xavier boots up his ship, collects the sunseed berry and blasts off. And its the end of day 1!
 
Day 2: (Blooming Prairie) With your loyal red pikmin you march on! Just more tutorial, build up your army, and build a bridge and stuff. Half-way through the day a signal is intercepted. It's Jen! But she's not responding. Hmmm....
 
Once you destroy a gate and walk ahead you discover another piece of food. The succulent spore! Take it back to the ship to analyze. Awwwwwwwwwwwww.... No new Pikmin today. Just another food. Called the flaming food. Check the whatever food names. You have to destroy a firery blowhog to get it. Kind of like a mini-boss. well that's all on day 2. Lets blast off.
 
Day 3: Important things today. 1. While landing the ship crashes into a branch, which opens up another cave. Inside you'll find violet candypop buds and a scale puzzle involving a new food, purple grapes. 2. Using you purples to flatten a bag and build a bridge, you shall find a new food called the tasty cube. 3. With the time you have left build a bridge to the signal and grow your purple army in a small cave. Lets blast off.

This member of the arachnorb family has extemely rare black and orange stripes up and down its body. On the top of its body resides a corrupted black flukeweed, indicating that this speices was formed when a beady long legs was biologicaly attached to a flukeweed somehow, or it was just born that way. Maybe the Flukeweed has a bigger connection to the speices than we origanally thought...
