:Few Pikmin died on my watch, but I know that some apparently strong enemies can die with a single white Pikmin. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I saw a [[Creeping Chrysanthemum]] die after eating a single White. So, a Burrow-nit dying with 1 isn't that implausible.
